Welcome to the Elimination Dept.!
The goal of the Elimination Dept. is to provide you with wholesome entertainment and harsh criticism. This is accomplished through breath-taking entries by the Elimination Dept. Associates. There are a large number of contributors to the Elimination Dept. both famous and infamous. Most can be found right here.
What you can expect to find within this journal, and the accompanying EliminationDept.com, are some brutal displays of truth and comedy.
The term 'Elimination' (hence the nickname of this journal's author, Eliminator, and this organization) defines an insult that is a cut above the rest. Where "you're a poo-poo head" would be considered a "category 1" insult, an Elimination usually encompasses at least a category 4 or category 5 life-ruiner of a cut-down.
Instead of just stopping at calling someone a "poo-poo head," an Elimination would also rip down the person's core beliefs exposing them to who they truly are: A shithead. Words like "poo-poo head" hardly ever get used during an Elimination. The main feature of an Elimination is that there is typically no substantial comeback from the person(s) on the receiving end. There have only been a handful of "reversed" Eliminations in recorded history, the last occurring in July of 2001.
Within this journal you will read straight-forward critiques of politics, culture, and other mundane aspects of life. Buzzwords like "agenda" and "spin" are not great descriptions of what is within—you can get that elsewhere. If the Elimination Dept. has an agenda it is one of resuscitating common sense, which is on its deathbed.
And lastly, a disclaimer: If you are easily offended by blunt humor, unfiltered opinion, and free expression then do yourself a favor: look elsewhere for LiveJournal entertainment.
